My Story
a
When I got her, it was a joy mixed with fear and apprehension.
Before she came in our life we had lost our two kids - Boon and Barbi. Boon left us alone when he was only 11 days old and Barbi, when she was only 5 days old. After losing Barbi my life was deserted. I felt nothing was left for me in this life. After a few hours of her death I decided that I will not lose the battle of my life like a coward. I told my family members that I want to have my own child through 'ADOPTION'.
I was very focussed about my selection. I had selected Missionaries of Charity for Adoption. I wanted a small baby girl. Within 22 days of our form submission I got to see my little daughter, who was 4 months old, fair, chinky-eyed baby girl. Looking at her I felt that she is mine.
She showed me a direction of life and I named her "DISHARI" (one who shows direction). She is now 8 year old, loving, emotional, cheerful, naughty child.
We are very happy with her.

" The moment I saw her
I knew she was "mine"
She was born for me
she will be living with me
she will be sharing with me
Because she is mine
